Back in Calgary

After having a not soo good World Cup 1-2 in Asia, with a sprain akle and having a cold for 2 weeks, I am back in Calgary to train until the WC 3-4.

Friday the end of the frist 2 World cups

After being sick for 1.5-2 weeks and having a swollen foot, I still manage to show my strength on the friday 1000m by skating strong against top skaters and go to the next round.

I will be headed back to Calgary and train there until the last 2 World cups of the season is.
They will be in Montreal (WC 1) and Marquette (WC2). They are the qualifying competition for the Olympics.

1500 & 500m

Today my 1500m was not good and it was a tuff heat too.

500m I started ok and in the end of the first corner I was fighting for my spot and feel down.

Tomorrow I will be skating 1000m...

Beijing and Seoul

I have not been able to logg on my blog in Beijing because they dont alow it.

Anyway I got a cold during my stay and Beijing and it has not been easy to compete with that.
I have a sore throught now but i feel it is getting alot better.

Racing will start again tomorrow here in Seoul, you can follow the races on the ISU link that is on the right lower side of my blog.

Tomorrow I will race 1500m and 500m and friday will race 1000m.
Then we´ll see if I go to the next round, I can skate Saturday (1500m and 500m) and Sunday (1000m) too.
