Better and better

Hi Everyone,

I finally feel healthy and strong again, after this long and complicated flu. It is easy to forgett how much you can do in one day when your not sick:)

I am here now in Salt lake city and I am enjoying training here. I see the mountains everyday from the house I am staying at and I like that the sun is shinning as it would be a nice sommer day in Sweden.

I will be here alittle time more before I get home and prepare a short time before my qualifying olympic world cups.

To be in Salt lake before these important world cups is good I get to just focus on my trianing..

World Cup 1-2 and training camp Salt lake city

Hi everyone!

I wanted to write about my racing in Shanghai, China. But I forgott that when you are in China you cant use Blog, Facebook, ect.

My racing started really good in Shanghai on the 1500m I got through the round and I was going to skate the Saturday quaterfinals. But the night before thursday racing I was already getting sick and I did not sleep alot that night. My 500m on thursday did not go very well because I did not have more energi that day. Friday 1000m was hard because I was getting more sick and I new I had to save my self for the 1500m next day.
I skated the saturday and to be soo sick I still manage to be with the other girls and in to the finish line I was last but right behind.. That is very positive.

So after that I got more fever and more sick and it was horrible. I left Shanghai to get to seoul and I thought I have just a cold, but I found out in Seoul, South Korea that I had the flu and one that is not easy to get off...

I stayed in Seoul the hole World Cup week without getting in to the ice rink..
I got home for 1,5 day to sort out some things, and after I flue to Salt lake city to train here before the olympic qualifying. I am still recovering from my flu, but I have started to train both ice and off ice.
It is high altitude and I am alot jetlegd, so I am working on drinking alot of water and try to get to sleep on the right time.

The flu was not good but I will work hard when I am fully recoverd:)!
